Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zunofy Capital's products and services, including our web and mobile applications, APIs, and related platforms (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services. Zunofy Capital ("Zunofy", "we", "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

Zunofy provides a regulated cross-border payments platform that enables users to:

• Fund accounts in USD or EUR via bank transfer or supported payment methods.
• Send money internationally to supported recipient countries and currencies.
• Hold multi-currency balances backed by regulated stablecoin infrastructure.
• View real-time transaction status and account activity.

Services are subject to availability and may vary by jurisdiction. Zunofy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

To use Zunofy you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Provide accurate, current, and complete identity and contact information.
• Successfully complete our identity verification (KYC) process.
• Not be located in, or a national of, a jurisdiction subject to applicable sanctions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@zunofy.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You retain ownership of any data you provide to Zunofy. By using our Services, you grant Zunofy a limited licence to use, process, and store your data solely to operate and improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Zunofy may share data with regulated partners and authorities as required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and continuous monitoring to protect your account and transactions. However, no system is completely secure. You agree to use Zunofy only on trusted devices, keep your login credentials confidential, and promptly report any suspected security incidents. Zunofy will never ask for your password via email or phone.

Zunofy charges transparent, disclosed fees for certain transactions. Applicable fees are shown to you before you confirm any transaction — there are no hidden charges. FX rates are set at the time of transaction confirmation and are subject to market conditions. Zunofy reserves the right to update its fee schedule with reasonable prior notice.

By creating a Zunofy account, you consent to receive transactional notifications, compliance communications, and service updates via email or in-app messaging. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by following the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional and compliance communications cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

You agree not to use Zunofy to:

• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Send funds to sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt Zunofy's platform or infrastructure.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the Services for gambling, adult content, or other restricted categories.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant regulatory authorities.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zunofy Capital, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights. Zunofy reserves the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zunofy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Zunofy in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
